Our products are handwoven, one-of-a-kind items made through traditional craftsmanship. Please understand the nature of handmade goods before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

  • If the product is clearly defective
  • If an incorrect item was delivered

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review the situation and offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Customer-Initiated Returns

Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons such as change of mind or size issues are not accepted.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via Stripe using the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

In cases of defective products or incorrect delivery, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
